Home / Brands We Service
All makes and modelsSixteen brands come through in a normal year, and the ones whose dealers closed are a large share of what we repair. Authorised service centre for Nordic and Marquis, independent on everything else.

Not on the list? Call anyway. The list is what we see most often, not a limit on what we will take.
This is the single most common thing people get told wrong. A spa whose manufacturer folded, or whose local dealer closed a decade ago, gets written off as unserviceable. It usually is not.
Underneath almost every brand, the parts that actually fail are common components: heater elements, circulation and jet pumps, temperature and high-limit sensors, pressure and flow switches, topside control panels. The control pack carries its own make and model, and that is what replacement parts are ordered against, not the badge on the cabinet. So an orphaned brand is a sourcing question rather than a dead end, and it is a question we answer before you spend anything.
Two things genuinely end a tub. A shell that is cracked or delaminating is not economically repairable. And plumbing that has frozen and been patched through several winters becomes a slow-motion money pit that is worth stopping rather than feeding. We say both out loud, before the work starts rather than after, and we sell refurbished hot tubs and handle removal if the answer turns out to be that it is finished.
Dr. Spa is an authorised service centre for Nordic and Marquis , which is the route warranty work runs through on those two. Everything else we service independently, which for an owner mostly means we are not tied to one manufacturer's parts channel and have no interest in selling you a new tub instead of repairing the one you have.
