White Lake & Union LakeLarger parcels, private wells and the Oakland lakes chain. Two causes sit behind most of what we get called out for here, and both are preventable.
White Lake Township is about fifteen miles east-northeast of our shop in Brighton. We cover the township, Union Lake, Cedar Island and the stretch across toward Highland and Waterford, both of which have their own pages. Same $185 service call, no distance surcharge.
Nearly everything out here is on a private well, and that water is generally hard and often iron-heavy. Most owners know it stains a shell. Fewer know what it does to a filter cartridge, which is where it causes the expensive problems.
The other half of the local pattern is physical. Tubs on decks built out toward the water sit in equipment bays that are enclosed on three sides and stay damp all season. Damp bays shorten the life of heaters, pump motors and control boards, and because nobody walks past that side of the tub, the first sign is usually a failure rather than a weep. Tell us which side the pump is on and whether a panel comes off without tools, and we arrive knowing what we are dealing with.
Tell us what the tub is doing and what the panel says. A good share of the time we can tell you over the phone whether it is something you can fix in ten minutes and save you the service call entirely. If it needs a technician, the $185 covers the trip and the diagnosis, and you hear the actual fault and the cost before anything is replaced. If a part has to be ordered, you know that on day one along with the timeline.
Try the symptom checker or the error code index first. Both are free and neither tries to book you.
Beyond repair we handle scheduled maintenance and water care and moving and removal . On a well-fed tub, a maintenance visit is mostly a hardness and filter conversation, which is the cheapest conversation in this business. We also cover neighbouring Waterford and Highland .
Same $185 service call, same all-makes coverage, no distance surcharge inside the radius.
One call, one honest answer, and either a fix you can do yourself or a technician who already knows what he is walking into.
